We employed and exploited the resources of a young and eager cadre of artists, designers, illustrators and photographers - people just like us - for the ephemera associated with magazine releases, sponsored shows and Deek merchandise. As the magazine matured and grew in readership, we expanded our more-than-willing talent pool from Pittsburgh into the far reaches of the US and even overseas.
