Since we couldn't afford to hire real soldiers or actors to stage a battle re-enactment, toy soliders, in yellow and green, were utilized in a small photonarrative showing the chaos and turning of battle. To create the color of sunset and silhouette effect, I fired the camera's flash through the skin between my fingers at a reflective white paper which created the hazy orange-red and backlighting (seen best on back cover). A little color correction followed.
